You can now add colors for each physician from your organization in order to show this colors in Assistant Schedule and to manage them easily by their own color. This will allow assistant to keep track of each scheduled appointment for every physician in a more visual and intuitive way. See how this functionality works:

To configurate colors for any physician, go to Physician Maintenance window, look for any existing physician and :

Physician will now have a color assigned. This will be visible in Assistant Schedule.

To see the physician's color, go to Assistant Schedule and in the Doctors column you will see every doctor next to their color. If they have one assigned and any scheduled appointment, their appointments will have these colors in their right bar :
