Cirrus users will now be able to view a new Encounter Number column in Medications tab of the Electronic Patient Record window, giving you more details in scenarios where patients have more than one encounter and were prescribed medications during these different encounters. See more details below.

If you look for any patient in Electronic Patient Record and if you enter Encounter Data tab, you will be able to see the subtabs for current orders, forms, medications and other clinical data assigned to this patient. Select Medications (if they have medications prescribed), here you will be able to see our new Encounter column, allowing you to see to which encounter these medications belong to :

This will give you more details when patients have more than one encounter and need to clarify their current medications.
