We have improved the patient's forms search method in the Forms Section Search and in the Electronic Patient Record by adding more filters in both windows, this in order to streamline the search for forms that are applied daily to each patient in Cirrus.

Form Section Search
In this window, additional fields to the existing ones will appear, which will allow you to search for shapes according to the selected parameters.
New added fields :
Document no. Search by document number.
Created by. User who created this form.
Authenticated by. User who authenticated this form.
Improved fields:
In addition, the Completed filter will now have the initial value of All, instead of Yes. This is in order to show all forms from the beginning, regardless of whether they have been completed or not. The Yes and No fields will remain as available options.
Electronic Patient Record
Within the Electronic Patient Record Forms section (Encounter Data tab), more fields have been added that will allow filtering the forms according to the user who filled them out and the date they were created.
Added fields:
Created Date. Date range.
Created by. Username.
