In Lot Tracking Report , you can now generate and download a new report for products with lot configuration that will allow you to track specific lots and to view information for every movement performed during a time period for the selected lot. See how this new report works and its impact :
First, go to Lot Tracking Report window.
Here, you must enter search filters in order to view the results for any specific product. These filters are :
a. Product name*.
b. Lot*.
c. Date Range*.
*These three fields are mandatory.
In this search panel, first you must enter the Product name. Then, all of its lots will be loaded. Select any of these lots to view the movements for this lot. Here you must also select the Date Range or keep the default the current date.
3. Now, select Search.
Movements (results) will be listed below.
4. You can download this report by clicking on the printer icon.
5. Apply download parameters and confirm.
Report will look as follows :
Where the columns will show this data :
User who performed lot movements (reception or delivery).
Service unit
Locator
Number of document
Document creation date
Movement Date
Transaction Type
Encounter
Patient
Involved Warehouse
Product Code
Product
Lot
UOM
Initial Amount
Movement Quantity
Final Amount
You can see how the last six columns include data about product, lot, their UOM and their movements amounts.
