In Physician Dashboard, there is an option for adding Home Medications information for when patients are currently taking these meds. This will allow users view their current medication intake before prescribing more medications. This option is called Home Medication, click on it while at the Physician Dashboard to create a new record or to view existing ones :
To add a home medication , follow these steps :
Click on Add button or enter Medication name :
2. Fill every missing medication field (Taking, Frequency, Route, Date, Motive, Dose/Rate, Set it as PRN if applies, etc.).
3. Save to confirm.
If your patient has been prescribed this medication, you will see the following message. Users must enter a comment to confirm or revert this action.
This Home Medication will now appear listed in Home Medications section, click context menu to view Information, to Edit prescription or to Mark it as discontinued.
