For deceased patients, you can register their death record in the option with the same name from Physician Dashboard :
This option will give you access to options for entering relevant information for deceased patients. To do so, follow these steps :
Fill up Header information :
Enter Date of Death.
Select Diagnosis (Reason of Death).
Enter comments or more details about their death.
You can add more diagnoses (Diagnosis 2 & Diagnosis 3, which are not mandatory).
2. Save.
You will see confirmation message. Click OK.
You can now view their Decease information on Decease tab :
If you go to Patient Registration window, you will see how Date of Death was automatically saved. Also a message will appear for users letting them know that this patient is registered as deceased :
You can revert this Death Record by deleting the record. To do so, follow these steps :
While at Death Record window (for deceased patients, see icon next to their name), click on Delete icon :
2. You must enter a reason of why you are reverting this action.
3. Confirm.
You will see a confirmation message. This patient will no longer appear as deceased.
