In Physician Dashboard, you can also manage patient discharge by entering their Pre-Discharge, set their discharge prescription, fill-up the discharge summary and to release (discharge) patients. Click on Discharge option to enter :
First, you must enter their Pre-Discharge tab, with patient disposition reason and date :
Select Disposition reason
Enter Date and Hour
Save changes
Now, go to Discharge prescription tab if you want to prescribe medications :
Enter Medication name and fill missing information. Here you can set if it must be filled up at pharmacy. Repeat this process if you need to add more medications.
Save changes.
If you must fill up the Discharge Summary, go to this tab and:
Fill up every missing field.
Save.
Now, to complete the patient discharge, go to this tab and :
Fill up every missing field.
Save.
