In order to give more details in our Active Orders Report, which is the report that lists all of the current active medications, services, diet and other indications given by the physician, we have added three new fields that will let users know more data about the patient. These fields are :

A. Diagnosis. Which is the diagnosis given by their physician. It will appear as blank if patient has not yet been diagnosed.

B. Doctor. Name of their assigned consultant.

C. Bed. Which is the room number of inpatients, will appear as blank if they do not have an assigned bed.
