There is an option in home screen Activities section for physicians called Worklist, which allows them to review them, authenticate patient documents and record audios or to transcribe them into text notes than can be seen by other clinical staff (such as nurses).

To go to this screen, you will require a physician user on Cirrus. Then you will see this option in Activities section (do not perform the usual search, you will be taken to the Worklist window for other clinical staff), click on it :

You will be taken to the Worklist version for Physicians, where you can see first your patients or you can perform a document search in the left bar, which includes three different sections :

A. Reviewed. Where you will see all of those documents that were already reviewed by the phyisician (authenticated and/or commented).

B. Discontinued (Authentication). Here you can see all of those discontinued orders that were discontinued and require to be authenticated by the physician.

C. Authentication. Pending orders and documents that require physician's authentication.

Click on any of these sections to view their documents (see number in parentheses) :

Now, at the section, you will see the list of documents. To filter these documents apply the search filters from above.

To authenticate any of these processes, go to Action column and click Authenticate. If it's any document such that must be reviewed, such as forms, you can enter them from here.

To record audios during clinical record revision, you can click context menu. Here you will see three different options :

A. Audio Record. Allows users to record audios during clinical record revision and save these files both in our server and locally.

B. Audio Transcribing. Transcribe audio recordings due to integration with OpenAI speech recognition.

C. History Log. Review log of performed audio recordings.
