Cirrus has now a window for transfering fixed assets between service stations from your organization and then change their locator and custody user in charge of this asset and then account assets internal movements.
This functionality will perform search for products linked to these assets and will create a new record if these products are configured as assets.
To perform an asset transfer, follow these steps :
Go to Transfer of Fixed Assets window.
Click New Record.
Enter asset transfer information :
Asset name (Product)
Service unit to transfer
User To. User who will be custodian of this asset.
Save changes.
You will be taken back to the Transfer of Fixed Assets search screen, to complete this process select your draft document and click process gear.
To finish this transfer, select Complete.
This fixed asset will be moved to their new service unit.
Note :
If any product is set as Disposed in Asset window, it can only be transferred once between service units.
