Now, the Product Request reports - from this same window - as well as the Tray Request reports - from the Operating Rooms Schedule window - will include the following fields:
Status of Document
Date Printed
This in order to provide more information about inventory movements between warehouses and to more easily track product requests based on their status.
To generate this report for a document in Product Request, select the context menu and click on View Report :
This report will now show the fields for document status (which could be Requested, Drafted, In Progress or Voided) and for the Date Printed, which is the date and hour when the document was downloaded:
This action can also be done from the Product Request's main screen. In addition, each of the documents also shows their Status of Document column with their current status :
If there is any update in status, the generated report will include the updated status along with the time this report was downloaded. In our example, it changed from Requested to Voided:
Likewise, these added fields will be visible for Tray Request reports, available in the Operating Rooms Schedule window where scheduled surgeries have requested trays.
To do this, select any Operating Room appointment and click on Request of Tray, then select Requests and click on the context menu of the request. To download this report, click on Print :
The status of the document (Requested, Drafted, In Progress or Voided) and the exact time the report was downloaded will also be displayed here:
If there are any status changes on these requests, you will be able to see them more easily.
