We have released an enhancement that allows users with special permissions from the Purchasing area (those with buyer type ouser) to edit purchase documents (PurchaseOrders window) with Drafted status. This so that any buyer user can complete or delete purchase orders that were pending, as well as edit their information before completing them. Previously this was only possible for those buyers who originally generated the purchase order documents. See more details:
In our example we entered PurchaseOrders window and selected an order with Drafted status, generated by another user:
We enter said order to edit data from this purchase order and then completed it:
If we click on the information option (lower left corner) it will be possible to see that said order was created by some user and updated by another user of the organization:
