Now, Electronic Patient Record includes a new tab called Patient Information Summary, that will include a downloadable report for patient summary information such as:
Patient's Most Relevant Data (Name, MRN, Nationality, Sex, DOB, Age, Date of Admission, Height, Weight, Start Date, End Date, Phone Number, Pregnancy, Lactancy).
Allergies
Significant Chronic Conditions
Significant Surgical Procedures
Hospital Admission Diagnosis
Important Regular Meds
In order to obtain this report, follow these steps :
Go to Electronic Patient Record.
Perform a patient search.
Select Patient Information Summary tab.
Enter Date range information (Initial Date and End Date).
Click on printer icon to see preview and download or print report.
Report will look as follows :

Now, in order to view the report data after applying date range filters, we included the sections from this report in this same Patient Information Summary tab, which are the following :
Allergies
Significant Chronic Conditions
Significant Surgical Procedures

If the record of this patient has any data (that meet the applied date range) for these fields, it will be displayed here :
And if you click download (printer icon), this same information will appear in the report :
