Movement Confirmation allows users to confirm the reception of movements received from another warehouse within their organization. Since this window is for inventory tracking and movement processes, it requires users to manually enter the quantities that are to be received correctly, which may vary from the quantities delivered by the deliver warehouse.
Now, in order to prevent users from skipping this manual process, we added a new alert that will pop-up when they try to confirm movement without entering the quantities confirmed for every product received. See more details below.
When you first enter a Movement Confirmation record, it will display 0.00 in Quantity Confirmed column as default :
Users must manually select these received items and to enter the quantities received by their warehouse. If you try to confirm this process without completing this step, you will see the following alert :
Telling you that one or more of these movements have 0 in Confirmed quantities. You can continue but only if these products were not received.
If you want to revert this process, click No and enter the quantities confirmed.

Notes :
This enhancement will only appy for clients with the Automatic Confirmation at Product Delivery checkbox disabled.
If this checkbox is enabled, Cirrus will automatically confirm product deliveries.
We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
