Pharmacist Dashboard users can now dispense medications from more than one lot at the same time without causing any further errors that made clinicians to return the stock to Pharmacy, requesting these doses to be re-filled from only one lot by pharmacists.

The enhancements made are the following :

Now, instead of a radio selection, we added a checkbox that will automatically fill the lots with the quantities to be prepared.

Here you can manually set or assign the quantities to one lot or you can distribute these amounts between more than one available lot :

See example :

If you prepared only one part of the quantities for this pending dose (or doses, in Today-Group Meds), Cirrus will create a copy of this line but with the pending quantities. In our example we prepared only one tablet from two pending :

And if you try to supply a quantity higher than the quantities to be delivered, an error message will appear if you click on Save :

Dispense multidose products from multiple lots

Until now, users were allowed to perform the preparation and deliver of doses from more than one lot when required for regular medications. However, this process was not ready yet for multidose products (such as topical creams) that were stored in multiple lots but pharmacists can also now perform the same preparation for this type of medications.

See example :

With this enhancement pharmacists will be allowed to prepare and delivery doses more easily when the quantities cannot be covered from only one lot.

See demo :

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
