Users from different service stations such as Drug Store, Medical Store, Drug Purchasing, Medical Purchasing and General Store have access to their own windows and processes. However, they are able to view the transactions from other service stations and areas in the supply chain management windows :

In order to improve the usability of these three windows and to only display those transactions that are relevant to certain profiles, we have now improved this by allowing hospitals to restrict this.

To allow some specific role to only view those transactions from their own area, go to Role window and in Role tab you must uncheck the Access all Orgs box :

This is the impact of having or not this checkbox enabled in the following screens:

With access to all orgs

If your role has access to all orgs configured, then you will see the transactions from all areas (even if you are only able to open them in view mode) in the Requisition window :

Without access to all orgs

If disabled, you will only see those transactions from your area :

With access to all orgs

This rule also applies for the Purchase Orders window, where if your role has access to all orgs then you will see the transactions from all areas (even if you are only able to open them in view mode) :

But if we disable this checkbox for the selected role, then Cirrus will stop seeing transactions from other areas :

With access to all orgs

In Material Receipt window users with access to all orgs can also view those transactions from their own and other areas :

Without access to all orgs

But now, if we disable this checkbox for the selected role, those users will stop seeing transactions from other areas in the results :
