Cirrus has now a new functionality that will allow users to reindex products by their M_Product_ID, which is the information that both CC and CS staff can view in the Product Information button (1/1 icon to the bottom left corner of product windows).

In System, you will now be able to see the Product (M_Product) option for product reindex. Select it to enable the Record ID field :

Now, follow these steps :

After a few seconds and if the the ID is correct, you will see the following confirmation message :

In addition to this, we improved the EXME_ProductV field, which now will be called Producto Org (EXME_ProductV), which is the field for entering the Charge Master search from DB :

But with the new field for entering the M_Product_ID, Cirrus will search for every EXME_Product from database and will reindex them one by one.

If the ID is incorrect, you will see the following error message :
