With the purpose of continuing to improve our Quotation window and the documents generated in such window, we have now redesigned the quotation format that can be downloaded from this tool. Check out all the enhancements made for this process.

First, in the Improvement Settings, we have added a new field called Quotation Notes, where you can enter the message to be displayed in each quote (for example, any hospital notes such as restrictions, general notices, or terms and conditions). Once the notes to be displayed in each quotation are entered, click Save.

One more important improvement for quotations is that in addition to general notes, you will be able to enter Notes or comments for each quotation, which will be displayed at the end of the quotation document we are generating (for example, additional remarks about this quotation). Additionally, the Expiration date will now serve as a restriction to generate a direct invoice (on the Direct Billing screen) from this quotation. Now, for a direct invoice to be generated from the quotation, it must be before the deadline marked as the validity date of the quotation.

Improvements to the quotation format:

  • Hospital logo: First, to ensure the hospital logo is legible on all quotations, we have standardized the logo height to be 50 pixels. Width will be adapted to that height.

  • Display of notes in quotations: Additionally, we will now display the notes configured for all quotations (if configured on the Improvement Settings screen, please request via ticket or chat if needed), allowing the inclusion of notices, terms and conditions, billing rules, and more.

  • Display of additional notes / observations in quotation: If any quotation includes observations added directly on the Quoting screen, these notes will be shown at the end of the printed/downloadable quotation.

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
