We have now added a new option for canceling the queued claims (those that were already sent to Nphies), allowing users to revert the sending of claim batches to Nphies for them to be fixed and sent again as part of this or other claims. See here how.
Once there is a create claim document, Cirrus will show our new button called Send Cancel Claim To Nphies. With this new added option, users will be able to select all of those encounters that they want to remove from the claim and then send the cancelation to Nphies by clicking on this button :
Since only encounters with the Queued status can be canceled out from this processs, there are two rules that must be complied :
The Claim Document must be already sent to Nphies.
The attached encounter must not have yet an attached invoice.
If any of those rules are not complied with, you will see the following pop-up with an error message next to every encounter :
