In order to communicate the history of medications management history (as requested by sanitary risk assessment authorities such as COFEPRIS in Mexico) in their original warehouse, we added two columns to the Administered Prescriptions Report for showing the following in medications managed by lots or batches :
Date of Reception
Supplier
If the drug administered to the patient is handled in batches, then both Supplier and Date of Reception can be shown both in the results and in the report of applied prescriptions itself as they can be tracked easily :
