05/20/24 Display of Patient Phone and Email in the Service Orders window and Service Orders Report

In both the Service Orders window and Service Orders Report , we will now include the patient's phone number and email as part of the details.

In the Services Orders window you can see this in the Cell phone /E-Mail column

And in the Service Orders Report (which can be downloaded in the context menu of the selected service), this information will appear in the patient demographic data section:

This information is filled out on the Patient Registration screens, with the phone number (home or cell phone) being mandatory and the email not being mandatory. If the patient does not have the last field, it will be shown blank in the options mentioned above.

Note to ECS Staff:

For each country there is a configuration in the Country, Region, City window from System environment that allows us to choose whether to make the cell phone or home phone of patients mandatory in the patient registration portals. This field marked as mandatory is the one that will be taken for display in the Service Orders option, which in the KSA is the cell phone field.
