Now, in order to improve our Claim Document window navigation flow, we added multiple new functionalities and enhanced the claim processes. See below the new features and their impact.

  • TPA / Company search fields will no longer be mandatory

First, to allow users to search for records from more than one TPA / Customer (insurance company), we have now improved these parameters by making them no longer mandatory. Until now, Cirrus forced users to enter the search of either one of these two filters, thus displaying records for such company.

  • Filter band in claim doc detail screen with two buttons (filter and reset)

In addition, when creating a new Claim Document, you will see a new section called Filter, where you may apply any of the following filters to the search :

    • Patient Name

    • Encounter Status

    • Encounter Name

    • Discharge Date

This will allow you to view only the given encounter(s) once you click on Filter button. Click on Reset values to stop applying these search parameters.

    Example :

  • Added Oral/Dental to Patient Type

Another new feature now allows users to generate claim documents for a new specific type of patient with a new option in Patient Type parameter : Oral/Dental. Thus improving the process of searching for the oral or dental patient encounters.

Encounter example :

  • Limit claims search to 90 days in the past

When searching for claim documents, the date range will now only allow you to select a maximum of 90 days, improving the search process by tracking a limited number of records :

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
