Now, when setting to mark a product as unused on Charge Master II window, Cirrus will validate and communicate important details about the following:
That there are no stocks of this product in warehouses.
That there are no pending purchase orders or material receipts for this product.
If both validations are met, you will see the following confirmation message once you have saved the changes:
This will restrict further purchase orders/material receptions from being made for this product since it has already been removed from your organization's inventories.
If there are stocks of the product in warehouses
If the product is still in stock in one or more warehouses, you will see the following error message requesting an inventory adjustment in all warehouses that are listed in this error message:
If the product has purchase orders pending from reception
If this product has purchase orders (completed) or its corresponding material reception document without any reception, the following message will appear asking you if you want to continue:
If you click Yes, the orders will be canceled and you will no longer be able to complete their reception.
Important :
Once marked as Unused, this product can no longer be added to more purchase orders or material receipts.
