Now, Cirrus will allow us to add several payment methods to the Collections and Assignments window if required in your hospital thanks to an improvement to the Forms of Payment screen, which will determine for each of the payment methods if we want to also use it in Collections and Assignments.
Configuration
Request via ticket or chat if you need Cash or other forms of payment in Collections and Assignments
To do this, check the Use on Collections and Allocations box:
This will activate another new field called Payment Type, here you must select the type of payment related to this payment method (in our example, Cash) :
Use in Collections and Assignments
Once configured, this payment form will appear as another option of the Collection method box :
If you receive and collection in cash, then the documents for this type of form will now display it in Collection infromation :
And in the Allocation of Advances and Collections window (Assign option from Collections and Assignments) :
