To provide more context and information about what is shown on the Account Statement (and to the Encounter Balance) , we have added the following to each document:
If deductibles were charged, a new section for deductibles and other insurer discounts such as coinsurance, medical coinsurance, and copayment will appear.
If the extension has already been processed or completed, below the extension header you will see the Sales Receipt and Invoice number (only if these processes have already been completed).
If the extension charges have not been processed or completed, this section will appear blank below the extension header.
