On different occasions, clients request the deletion of accounting journals with draft document status, and the user did not have the option to cancel it, having to go with support area to perform this action.

The system normally allows the deletion of draft journals, which have not been processed and this is how users normally operate.

Now speaking of draft accounting journals that were created due to an erroneous cancellation of another accounting journals, these kind of documents do not allow the user to delete them because a record of the user's action must remain, due to this now the system has the option of being able to cancel an accounting journals in draft document status, so that the user can make the decision to void or complete it according to their needs.

In order to cancel the accounting journal, it is necessary to go to the options menu on the Accounting journal screen and select the Document Action option (Void).

Afterwards you must select the Void option.

In this way, the document will change its status to Voided and will not affect the period accounting.
