When Nursing staff do not administer any drugs, they can mark it as held for their return to their original warehouse :
But for this warehouse movement, Cirrus creates a document that must be confirmed or else this inventory movement will not be reflected in Pharmacy. To fix this issue, we have now implemented a new tab in Pharmacist Dashboard called Confirmation of Orders which includes features from Movement Confirmation window. Here's how it works:
In Pharmacist Dashboard, select Confirmation of Orders tab.
Look for any warehouse movement by entering the search filters: Document Number, ,Receiving Warehouse (your warehouse, cannot be modified), MRN, Returning Warehouse and Date Range
Click on search
Select the document from the results.
5. Now, enter the Quantity confirmed, which is the quantity that returned to your warehouse. Save.
6. To complete this process, click context menu and select Confirm :
Now you can print the report for this warehouse movement. The stock will show again as part of their original warehouse.
