Find Encounters
To find your Encounter from Nimbo, go to Current Encounters window and type your patient's name:
Select your patient and fill all of the missing data from the encounter. To see data from your patient, click context menu and Patient Information:
You will be taken to Patient Registration window, here you can edit General Information but also some other fields such as Insurance Information:
Medications Management
To give medications, go to Outpatient Pharmacy Dashboard, here will appear the new order of medications:
Select the medication brand from inventory and amounts to be given. Now save:
From here you can create charges for these medications and you can also go to the following steps:
A. Pending Order Authorization for charges that need to be approved by NPHIES
B. Multibilling for billing and collection of charges
3. Services Management
Go to Service Orders window and find your service by selecting Ancilliary Service* and other fields. Now click search and select your service from the list:
*Note: Services will be assigned to the ancilliary service that corresponds with your service (configurated in Related Product Class), if there is no service station assigned system will take the first result from the list as their ancilliary service. You can edit these values on Services Request window.
Now select all of the services you would like to add for their completion (see example):
If a service requires to be confirmed, go to context menu and select Confirm Request:
Now click context menu to create Charges and Process (gear) icon to complete these services:
4. Pending Order Authorization (NPHIES)
Go to Pending Order Authorization window if your charges are pending from NPHIES approval and send them to NPHIES (see process here).

5. Billing of Charges
Now go to Multibilling to complete the collection of charges and printing the sales receipts.
